They told me they had given me instructions to fix the issue (which they did NOT tell me I needed to remove the error-ed Ad), and since the wrongly posted Ad got "impressions" they would not be issuing me a refund. For some reason, it had been posted without my knowledge, so I reached out to customer service to explain the issue. The next day, I was charged for the error-ed Ad. So, I assumed that I wouldn't be getting charged because it wasn't set up correctly. They never told me I needed to remove the incorrect Ad. I did what they told me, and the Ad went through. They suggested I create a new Ad from scratch with the recommended fix. I reached out to customer service to help fix the issue. I set an Ad up and kept getting an error.
It was my company's first-time using Spotify's platform for Advertising. Therefore, I need to say I am extremely disappointed in Spotify's platform for Advertising.

Spotify is great, I use it almost every day, just hate having to relike songs I didn't mean to or didn't know I unliked.Īs a professional business consultant, I am working with plenty of vendors. Like holding down the like button for 3seconds, instead of a single tap. I can't imagine they want people unliking songs without meaning to, and I personally think even just making it more difficult to unlike a song would be beneficial. What makes it a bigger pet peeve is that Spotify is now a big and very popular company, so I'm surprised this hasn't been brought up or addressed yet. It's not a matter of life and death, but I don't like how this mixes up my Liked Songs playlist, as re-liking songs takes them away from the original group of songs I had like at the same time (like from an artist, album, or mood creating a new playlist). I'll either be listening to a song and notice that it somehow become un-liked or I'll accidently move my finger and un-like it. My biggest pet peeve however is how easy it is to UNLIKE a song. Generally very happy with the app and don't have any problems with it.
